It was distributed by Square Cnix and 2K Uk and released on June 17th 2011 on all consoles and with the new introduced Role-Playing Strategy System for Nintendo Wii.
It Features the appearence or cameo of original characters such as Sora, Donald Duck, Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Goofy.

Desperate Dreams tells the story of Keyblade Wielder and Ancestor of the future wielder Sora Of Destiny Islands.
The Sprititual follow on aptly only known as Bera faces a horde of strange shadow monsters come to be known as the heartless after several life changing decisions and weaponry overy Bera is whisked away to a strange dimensionr resembling that of the one been haunting his dreams.
A World of strange darkness and towers holding pictures of strange people, creatures and places.
Bera is then awoken in a strange castle overrun by the nightmarish heartless and upon clearing the strange looking kingdom encounters the talking royal mouse.
From there accompanies the mouse king in his travel across many sordid dimensions and soon coming to the attention of the W.D Guild a collection of villains from the strange cartoon dimensions they overcome and close the horrible heartless away from.
The Guild plot to steal the Keyblade diminish the king and his kingdom and use the powerful weapon to invade the strange dimension only seen by Bera in his dreams.
can he face his destiny and the worst nightmarish legions of trouble his ever encountered even after spending his childhood a parentless carpenter pleasing everyone else's needs?
